1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
2 oz *Reed Palmer’s plum kombucha
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz **honey syrup
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 fresh sage leaf, medium size, torn
Add vodka, lemon, honey syrup, bitters, and sage to a shaker.
Add ice, hard shake for five seconds.
Strain into chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
*Our kombucha was made by Charlie’s son Reed. You can substitute your favorite kombucha.
**Honey syrup: 1 to 1 ratio - equal parts honey to water
