On Monday, November 18, American Fare will showcase the very best of food and wine with American-inspired bites by Chef Charlie Palmer, Charlie Palmer Steak Napa’s Executive Chef Francisco Lopez, Jr., along with creations from our visiting chefs from our Charlie Palmer Collective of restaurants all paired with iconic Cabernet wines from the surrounding viticulture region. All net proceeds from this year’s American Fare will benefit the Children's Museum of Napa Valley.
