Named for the late-19th century hotel that originally occupied the site, St. Cloud is the pinnacle of our luxury hotel Atop Times Square experience, offering a progressive cocktail menu, craft bottled beers and an upscale, seasonally focused small plates menu.

St. Cloud has an immediate opening for a GENERAL MANAGER. The GENERAL MANAGER is responsible for the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant in both the front of the house and the back of the house. The General Manager ensures that all employees and systems function efficiently so that guests are satisfied, the business achieves budgeted profit levels, and employee morale is maintained. The General Manager is responsible for compliance with health department codes.


The candidate is required to have a minimum of 5+ years’ culinary management experience. A minimum of 5 years of management in a upscale cocktail lounge. Some essential job functions include:

• Promote new business
• Report operating results
• Maintain budgeted labor costs
• Monitor and conduct employee training on an ongoing basis
• Perform all other duties assigned
