1 oz Chamomille-Infused Vodka (recipe below)
½ oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry (Lustau)
½ oz VS Courvoisier
1 Dashes Gary Regan Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 50 revolutions. Strain into a
single malt rocks glass with one cube.
To make Chamomille-Infused Vodka
4 Chamomile Tea Bags
4 Citrus Tea Bags
750mL Dogfish Head Vodka
Steep teabags in Vodka for 24hours. Strain if necessary.
