• 2 oz The Irishman Founder's Reserve Irish Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 1 oz Salers Aperitif 
  • 6 Dashes Perchaud Bitters
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Dash Thyme Tinture (handful of thyme, leaves only, soaked overnight in vodka)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Double stain into a martini glass.
