- 2 oz The Irishman Founder's Reserve Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Bénédictine
- 1 oz Salers Aperitif
- 6 Dashes Perchaud Bitters
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Thyme Tinture (handful of thyme, leaves only, soaked overnight in vodka)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Double stain into a martini glass.
