In honor of Negroni Week from June 2 to 8, we'll be mixing up the Local Yokel Negroni created by Burritt Room Bar Manager Josh Trabulsi. Join us in the bar where $1 of every sale goes to our chairty partner, Sprouts Cooking Club, or shake one up at home!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Aperol
  • 1/4 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz 209 Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Jardesca Aperitiva
  • 1/2 oz Seltzer

Combine all incredients together and stir on ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
