Hector’s Bacon
Harvest Table

• 1 pound double cut bacon
• 3 ½ cups sugar in the raw
• 1/4 cup Ground Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cayenne

Method:
1. Mix all spices in a bowl to incorporate
2. Lay parchment paper on a half sheet pan
3. Place bacon on the parchment paper
4. Dust with the spice and sugar mixture
5. Cook at 350F until the bacon is crisp about 10 minutes.
