2 oz Vanilla Bean & Orange-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon (recipe below)
1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula
1/2 oz Carpano Dry Vermouth
3-5 Dashes Orange Bitters

Combine all in shaker with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

To make infused bourbon, cut the peel and rinds from three oranges and combine with 2 ounces vanilla paste (or seeds and pods from 3 vanilla beans). Pour over two 750ml bottles of bourbon and allow to infuse for at least 24 hours.
