• 1.5 oz bank note blended scotch
  • 1/2 oz black button apple pie moonshine
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz ginger extract
  • 3/4 oz cardamom syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Candied Ginger and lemon wheel to garnish


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. To prepare garnishes, skewer a lemon wheel and then candied ginger. Carefully hold the cinnamon stick over a flame, such as a gas range until slightly charred and aromatic. Be careful not to burn yourself in the process; rubber handled tongs may be useful. Add the skewer and charred cinnamon stick to the poured cocktail and enjoy!
