• 3/4 oz Sobieski Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Pernod Absinthe
  • 2 Jalapeno Slices, or more as desired
  • Pinch of Salt

Using a mortar and pestle, grind the salt and jalapeno into a paste. Add these to a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish as desired.
