At Chef Charlie Palmer’s Aureole, we’ve been fortunate enough to have two incredible homes throughout our 27 years in service. The first was our beloved townhouse on East 61st street, where it all began in 1988. In 2009, we moved from that address to our current location at One Bryant Park on West 42nd street, where we’ve been blessed with the same continued success that we long experienced on the Upper East Side. Chef Palmer and our many talented chefs were pioneers in American cooking. So many of the creations that were developed in our kitchens have become timeless signature dishes that have been perpetually requested by our valued guests. With that in mind, Executive Chef Marcus Gleadow-Ware presents our new Sunday night menu – a menu that is inherently Aureole and focuses on the classic dishes of our kitchens from the past, present, and future.

We invite you to come back to Aureole on Sundays to celebrate the progressive American cooking that was defined in our 61st street kitchen and refined here at 42nd street. Come for the famed Palmer Sea Scallop Sandwich, but stay to savor Pastry Chef Pierre Poulin’s Dark Chocolate Ganache, which is both our present and our future.

The Scallop Sandwich

Grilled Snake River Farms Ribeye Steak
Broccoli, Hen of the Woods, Wasabi

DESSERT
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Pecan Hazelnut Crunch, Popcorn Ice Cream

 

The menu will change monthly and is $61.42 for four courses. Reservations are recommended.
