Aureole at Mandalay Bay will begin a restaurant transformation beginning Nov. 27, re-opening late December with an updated dining concept by renowned chef Charlie Palmer.
Palmer has tapped standout Las Vegas chef Johnny Church to lead the kitchen as Executive Chef along with wine and fine dining service authority Timothy Staehling to oversee restaurant operations as General Manager.
