Sip and savor the wines of Northern California this winter and spring at Chef Charlie Palmer’s New York restaurants with a series of wine dinners highlighting some of the region’s very best producers. The dinner experiences travel throughout the famed wine growing regions of Napa and Sonoma Counties to provide insights into the flavor profiles and personalities of four very unique California wineries paired with dinners at three of Chef Palmer’s equally unique NYC restaurants.

Join Waits-Mast proprietor Brian Mast on a tasting tour of his small lot, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs at Charlie Palmer at the Knick’s first ever wine dinner this January. The ever-dynamic pinot grape from various Waits-Mast vineyards pairs perfectly with Chef Cliff Denny’s four-course menu.
