Charlie Palmer Steak DC introduces Friday Night Flights (and Saturdays, too!).  Drop into the lounge room after work on Fridays or after spending Saturday afternoons in downtown DC for an alluring combination of wine and menu samplings from Sommelier Nadine Brown and Executive Chef Jeffery Russell.  One special flight and menu combination will be offered each weekend.  Offerings will change weekly and are meant to highlight the different notes and flavors of the selected wines.  Russell's menu pairings have been carefully created to engage the palate and perfectly complement the wine flights. 

The Flight menu is $15 and all menu pairings are also $15. The menu is served in the lounge room only on Friday and Saturday evenings on a first-come, first-serve basis.
