Charlie Palmer Announces Two New Menus at Aureole

Charlie Palmer helped advocate for the now-ubiquitous farm-to-table cooking when Aureole opened in the Upper East Side in the ‘80s. He moved his flagship restaurant to Times Square in 2009 and today, he’s announced new menus from executive chef Gabriele Carpentieri and executive pastry chef Renaud Besnard. Guests can order a la carte in the Liberty Room at Aureole, and tasting menus are available in Aureole Dining Room. The seasonal cooking remains the same. 135 W. 42nd St., 212-319-1660
