Aureole Pastry Chef Pierre Poulin Celebrates National Chocolate Day with Free Chocolate Demo and Free Desserts in Times Square

Chef Poulin to demo his signature dessert, the “NYE Ball Drop” and giveaway 200 free desserts to attendees and passersby in Anita’s Way just off 42nd Street

In honor of National Chocolate Day on Wednesday, October 28, Aureole Pastry Chef, Pierre Poulin, will host a public demo of his signature chocolate dessert, the “NYE Ball Drop”. Inspired by the iconic Times Square Ball, Poulin has created this dessert to pay homage to the largest New Year’s Eve party in the world, which takes place just a block away from Chef Charlie Palmer’s flagship restaurant. The “NYE Ball Drop” is a dark chocolate sphere filled with manjari chocolate mousse, peanut butter crunch, and dark chocolate. The first 200 attendees will take home a boxed version of the dessert Pierre will be demonstrating.
