Our Las Vegas Restaurant Survey Results were released yesterday, but maybe you're still trying to decide where you should spend those blackjack winnings (or, where you should gorge to comfort yourself about your losses). If you need more direction, we've compiled the 10 Most Popular Vegas restaurants after the jump – any bets about what's on the list?
Aureole - number 2
The Vegas spin-off of the "NY original", this "dazzling" New American in Mandalay Bay showcases the "top-of-the-line" cooking of super-chef Charlie Palmer (abetted by a "drop-dead wine list") served in "chicer than chic" digs by a "phenomenal" crew; even though the cost of the prix fixe–only meals is "numbingly expensive", no one seems to notice given its much remarked upon "gimmick": a "majestic wine tower" where "James Bond"–ish gals in tight "cat-burglar" outfits ascend to fetch your bottle, "Mission Impossible"–style.
We are very proud to be chosen second most popular restaurant in Las Vegas by Zagat Survey 2011.
