Mandalay Bay Director of Wine, Harley Carberry, is bringing the very best of Napa Valley and Sonoma County wines to Las Vegas this year. Each quarter, winemakers and experts from each winery will join Harley as they jointly navigate our guests through the winemaking process, flavors, and profiles of the diverse terroirs of our country’s most famous wine growing regions.
Join us for our very first dinner on Thursday, February 11th where we’ll sip prestigious Grgich Hills Estate wines from the rolling hills of Napa Valley. Winemaker Mike Grgich is known for crafting the winning 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay at the 1976 “Paris Tasting,” which put Napa Valley on the winemaking map. To this day, the winery is committed to making distinctive wines with quality, consistency, and longevity.
Guiding us on this Grgich journey will be the winery’s Vice President of Operations and Sales, Violet Grgich, as she walks us through the impressive lineup of Grgich bottlings alongside a four-course menu by Aureole Executive Chef Arnaud Masset.
