The Charlie Palmer Group is seeking to fill the position of Sous Chef at Aureole in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The sous chef is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising kitchen operations according to the Executive Chef's guidelines. Specifically, the sous chef is responsible for maintaining kitchen standards, managing stock levels and quality, and leading subordinates to success by setting a positive example. Ideal candidates are creative and dedicated leaders with a passion for culinary excellence and at least 2 years experience.
