Txakoli de Bizkaia: Bodegas Berroja, Pais Vasco, Spain

Located in Txakolina de Bizkaia, Basque Country in Spain, Txakoli is made from the Hondarrabi Zuri grape. It is a thin skinned, white grape variety known for its high acid, fruity characters and naturally fizzy style.

Bodegas Berroja is a small wine producer located in the town of Bizkaia. Their style of Txakoli has depth and minerality while still maintaining its fruit driven, refreshing, bubbly nature.

This $39 bottle will pair nicely with our Grilled Spanish Octopus Salad and Grilled Mediterranean Branzino.
