Featured Varietal for Thursday June 19
Aligote: Calera, Mt. Harlan, Central Coast, California

Aligote is a varietal found in Burgundy most famously used in the classic Kir Cocktail. Grown in California, this refreshing crisp white wine has citrus dominated flavors with more body than its French counterpart.
A $39 bottle can accompany our Chervil Crusted Alaskan Halibut with Sea Beans and Lemon Balm Consommé or Petit Greens and Hand Picked Herbs with Pear d ‘Anjou Vinaigrette.
