CHEF: Chef de Cuisine Stefan Bahr's culinary life began in his Italian grandmothers' kitchen, followed by a formal apprenticeship at age 13. In the years before his arrival at Métrazur, the Austrian native's continuing education took him throughout Europe and South Africa before his stint at New York City's Arizona 206, where he grew to love the simple flavors and straightforward style of Southwestern cooking.
