CHEF:
Executive Chef David Holman is a CIA grad and native of Stockton, CA who grew up in rural kinship with area farmers long before "local "was in vogue. Each month the chef interprets these field-to-table roots with an innovative "Passport" menu, a globally regional three-course meal highlighting local culinary traditions: proof of the chef's premise that food is connected to its community.
