Named "Best Wine List 2008" by the Dallas Observer, our elite collection of over 800 wines features food-savvy parings such as Cabernet Sauvignon from Pepper Bridge, a family owned estate winery in Walla Wall Washington and Pinot Noir "Hugel" Jubilee, from the Hugel family, pioneers in Alsace wine making.  Utilizing our innovative touch screen tablet, eWinebook you can make a selection from our award-winning list based upon bottle, glass, region, varietal and style. In addition, the first branch of our new wine shops Next Vintage is adjacent, stocking many of the wines you enjoy on the restaurant list, from sparklings, reds and whites to dessert wines.

Next Vintage Wine Bar

Unwind at the Next Vintage Wine Bar located in the lobby of The Joule, where a tempting wine list and alluring bar proves the perfect spot to indulge in small plates from Charlie Palmer and great conversation. Service is available beginning at 5pm.
