CHEF: Executive Chef Scott Romano spent the last decade working bi-coastally in Palmer's restaurants before settling in at Wolfgang Puck's famed Spago and as well as Cut steakhouse. But it was the chance to regain control of a Charlie Palmer kitchen that lured Romano away from Puck's Los Angeles restaurants and into Palmer's first Texas location.
