CHEF:
Chef de Cuisine Steve Blandino spent his post CIA grad year at Aureole New York under the tutelage of Charlie Palmer. The Staten Island native then moved west for a three year stint at Aureole Las Vegas, working his way from line cook to executive sous chef, before taking over the kitchen at Charlie Palmer Steak.
