Located in mid-town Manhattan's exclusive Decoration & Design building, the panoramic river view from Astra's large fourteenth floor terrace is only one of its spectacular offerings. Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Jason Plourde, the kitchen turns out personalized menus from cocktails and hors d'oeuvre to full dining, while General Manager Gavin Murphy presides over the airy event space with sophisticated but friendly service.
