Aureole's First Annual Oyster Social

Celebrated chef Charlie Palmer's flagship restaurant AUREOLE at One Bryant Park announces the first Annual Oyster Social – a benefit for Citymeals-on-Wheels. 

To take place on Sunday, September 23^rd, guests will gather in Anita's Way – Aureole's outdoor plaza – to enjoy endless oysters and Gulf Coast Seafood creations paired with Complexity New Zealand Fine Wines, Purity Vodka Bloody Marys, beer from Sierra Nevada and Louis Roederer champagne while taking in the sounds of local bluegrass bands.  Chef Palmer will be on hand to mingle with guests, shuck some oysters, and spread the word about a great cause. 

As a member of the Citymeals-on-Wheels board of directors for nearly twenty years, Chef Palmer shares, "I am extremely impressed by how efficiently this program is run. It is comforting to know that all public donations to Citymeals-on-Wheels go directly to the preparation and delivery of the meals for those in need".
