Dry Creek Kitchen is Awarded the 2011 AAA Four Diamond Award

AAA annually evaluates more than 60,000 lodging establishments and restaurants, and rates them on a scale of one to five Diamonds. One Diamond properties meet AAA's basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality, while five diamond properties are the premier establishments that provide the ultimate in quality and service.

We are excited to share that Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen has once again received the Four Dimond Award for 2011. Four Diamonds are presented to establishments with menus that reflect a high degree of creativity and complexity and those that use imaginative presentations to enhance high quality, market-fresh ingredients. Additionally, the restaurant must have an equally proficient service staff that demonstrates a strong desire to meet or exceed guest expectations. The ambiance is highly refined, comfortable and well-coordinated, incorporating quality materials and a variety of upscale design enhancements that give a first-class impression.
