VIDEO: Charlie cooks on Fox News DC

Spring is just around the corner which means so is the National Cherry Blossom Festival!

To help raise money for the festival, Washingtons' top chefs will be preparing "cherry and blossom-inspired" cuisine for the annual "Pink Tie" Party.

The money raised will help support 16 days of events that are largely free and open to the public.

Chef Charlie Palmer of Charlie Palmer Steak visited to help us kick off the season of blossoms.
