Acclaimed Winemakers try their hand as Sommeliers each Friday at Dry Creek Kitchen

9/10/2010
Location: Dry Creek Kitchen

Dry Creek Kitchen has just announced a new program where the restaurant enrolls winemakers as guest sommeliers on Friday evenings.

Local winemakers will get to try their hand at a new career on Fridays at Dry Creek Kitchen under the tutelage of wine director Drew Munro.

How it works:
• Winemakers will "work" 6-9PM each Friday
• Dry Creek Kitchen guests will receive a taste of the winemaker's own wine towards the beginning of their meal, but the winemaker will be responsible for directing guests to an appropriate bottle given the guest's taste and price preferences.
