Charlie Palmer Steak Dry Rub

Ingredients

1/2 C
light brown sugar
1/2 C
kosher salt
1 T
cayenne pepper
2 T
ground cumin
2 T
granulated garlic
2 T
granulated onion
1 T
dry English mustard (like Coleman's)
1 T
finely ground black pepper

Method

Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
Yield: about 1-2 cup

To use
Sprinkle on all sides of the meat to be grilled. Then thoroughly smack, flip, and rub it in.
